US District Court: Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. v. Maggie Toulouse Oliver, Secretary of State, et al.<\/a><\/em> was filed\u00a0in US District Court for the District of New Mexico on December 14, 2020. An Amended Motion for Preliminary Injunction was filed on December 22, 2020. The case was brought to challenge the November 3, 2020, General Election over purported voting irregularities, seeking an injunction from certification of votes. The case was assigned to the Hon. Martha V\u00e1zquez, a Democratic<\/strong>\u00a0appointee. On February 2, 2021, the court ordered the case to be dismissed without prejudice per Plaintiff\u2019s Motion for Voluntary Dismissal<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
